TVM News 6400 caught driving while using their mobile in the last nine months

In the last nine months, more than 6400 drivers were caught using their mobile while driving in Maltese roads. With more than 3,037 traffic citations, it was police officers who gave out the most tickets to people caught speaking or sending text messages on their phone.
