Speed cameras which based themselves off an average speed across a certain distance and a better use of technology are among the ideas of the Malta Insurance Association to make Malta's roads safer.
In comments to The Malta Independent after a spate of serious and fatal road accidents in recent weeks, Adrian J. Galea the Director General of the Malta Insurance Association said that if road safety is to be given a proper chance then it needs to be tackled with the right mindset and right resources......
